By hiring one of Catechs competent service technicians, you,ll keep the high quality of your Edger Optimizer. The prevented service minimizes unnecessary stops and makes the performance better for your sawmill!
We can offer you two types of service:
Inspection and Computer technical service
At the inspection one of our service technicians comes to your sawmill and inspects the edger optimizer. It is an advantage if yuo have your own mechanics, but you want an expert´s opinion. At the same time our service technicians do a computer technical service, i.e calibrates the measuring settings.
Computer technical - and mechanical service
Computer technical service is calibrataing the measuring settings. The mechanical service is being made according to a service report. At bigger repairs we will send you a quotation on service parts and spare parts.
You also have the possibility to sogn a service agreement, for your specific needs. Our service technician will regulary visit your sawmill and make service according to a predifined checklist. You will have control of the fixed costs. In the service contract telephone - and Internet support is included.
